Everything Presly Estate does, in one place.
This is the full feature list, written for someone evaluating software rather than skimming a homepage. If a capability you need is not here, ask us — the honest answer is more useful to you than a longer list.
Plot and project management
The inventory module is the foundation: if the software does not know exactly which plots exist and what state they are in, nothing above it can be trusted.
Project hierarchy
Projects, ventures, phases and blocks as real records with codes, approvals, launch dates and status — not as labels in a spreadsheet column.
Plot & unit records
Plot number, dimensions, area in your preferred unit, facing direction, corner status, and free-text notes for anything unusual about the land.
Pricing engine
Total price and rate per square metre derived from the other, with per-plot overrides that require a reason and are recorded in the audit trail.
Premium rules
Corner plots, road-facing, park-facing, east-facing and custom premiums defined as percentages or flat amounts, applied automatically at quote time.
Availability matrix
The block-by-block grid your sales floor works from, colour-coded by status and always current, with counts rolled up per block and venture.
Inventory status model
Available, on hold, booked, sold, cancelled and blocked — with the permitted transitions enforced, so a plot cannot go from blocked to sold by accident.
Bulk price revision
Revise rates across a block, phase or venture in one action. Every plot keeps its previous price and the effective date, so old quotations remain explainable.
Price list generation
Produce a current price list for marketing or the site office, filtered by block, facing or price band, and export it as a document or sheet.
Inventory ageing
See which plots have been available for 90, 180 or 365 days, so pricing decisions come from data rather than a feeling.
Leads, customers and everything in between
A CRM that only stores contact details is a directory. Presly connects each person to the plots they were shown, the price they were quoted and the commission that follows.
Lead capture
Leads from your website, ad campaigns, exhibitions, walk-ins, referrals and channel partners, each tagged with its source and campaign.
Configurable pipeline
Define your own stages, their order and which one counts as won. New, contacted, qualified, site visit, negotiation, booking — or whatever your process calls them.
Assignment & round-robin
Manual assignment or automatic distribution across a team, with the full assignment history kept so you can see how often a lead changed hands.
Duplicate detection
Matching on phone number flags a possible duplicate at capture, and a merge tool moves the history to one record instead of leaving two half-truths.
Activity timeline
Calls, notes, meetings, messages and visits in one chronological feed per person, including entries made before they became a customer.
Follow-ups & reminders
Schedule the next action with a due date and owner. Overdue follow-ups surface on the agent's dashboard rather than in someone's memory.
Site visits
Book a visit, record which plots were shown, capture the buyer's reaction and attach the outcome to the lead's history.
Opportunities
A lead interested in specific plots carries a commercial opportunity: budget, quoted price, expected close and the plots shortlisted.
Lead to customer conversion
Conversion happens once, copies identity details without duplicating records, and keeps the original lead's history visible on the customer.
Customer master records
Contact details, identity documents, address, communication preferences and every booking, payment and document in one place.
Joint ownership
Multiple customers on one booking with ownership shares, for co-applicants, family purchases and company-plus-director structures.
Lost-deal reasons
Record why a lead went cold — price, location, competitor, financing — and report on it, so the answer is not always anecdote.
Reservations, bookings and registration
The commercial moment where money and inventory meet. It has to be exact, and it has to survive two people trying at once.
Time-boxed holds
Reserve a plot for a prospective buyer for a configurable period, with the reason and the person holding it recorded.
Automatic hold expiry
Expired holds release the plot back to available without a manual step or a nightly job you have to remember to run.
Hold extension & release
Sales heads can extend a hold with a reason or release it immediately, both recorded in the audit trail.
Booking creation
Convert a held or available plot into a booking with applicants, ownership shares, agreed price, discounts and payment plan in one transaction.
Discount approval
Discounts beyond a threshold route to the right approver based on the hierarchy and limits you configured, and the approved reason is stored on the booking.
Double-click protection
A repeated submission from a slow connection returns the original booking instead of creating a second one.
Agreement & registration
Track agreement drafting, signature, stamp duty, registration appointment and completion as milestones on the booking.
Cancellation & refunds
Cancellations return the plot to inventory — or block it while a refund is pending — and open a refund approval rather than deleting the sale.
Transfer & nominee change
Record a transfer of ownership to another buyer with the fees, approvals and documents that go with it.
Booking documents
Generate booking forms, allotment letters and receipts from templates populated with the booking's own data.
Payment schedules and money actually received
A booking is only worth what has been collected against it. Presly tracks both, separately and honestly.
Payment plan templates
Time-linked, construction-linked or milestone-linked plans defined once and applied to a booking in a click, then adjusted per buyer with approval.
Instalment tracking
Each instalment with its milestone, due date, amount, status and the receipt that settled it.
Receipts & part-payments
Record full or partial receipts against an instalment, with mode, reference and date, and generate a numbered receipt document.
Overdue visibility
Dues that have passed their date appear on a collections list with the number of days late, filterable by project and by agent.
Automated reminders
Payment reminders and overdue notices sent on a schedule you control, with a record of what was sent to whom.
Refunds & adjustments
Refunds, waivers and write-offs recorded with approval, so the booking's financial history stays intact rather than being edited away.
Collections by project
Expected versus collected by venture, phase and month — the view a director needs for cash planning.
Interest & penalty rules
Late-payment interest or penalties calculated on the schedule where your agreements provide for them.
Accounting export
Export receipts, dues and adjustments in a structure your accountant can import, or push them to your accounting system through the API.
The commission engine
The module that pays for the software. Commission computed from the booking, using your rules, with the working shown for every line.

What the engine handles
- Percentage of value — calculated on the agreement value or on a commissionable base after deductions you define.
- Slab and tier structures — higher rates above volume thresholds, applied per agent per period.
- Flat fee per booking — for schemes where a fixed amount is simpler and more predictable.
- Launch and festive incentives — bonus amounts valid for a date range or a specific phase.
- Split between parties — agent, team lead, agency and channel partner shares from one booking.
- Referral bonuses — paid to an introducer who is not the selling agent.
- Recomputation — when a booking value, cancellation or transfer changes, the affected lines recalculate with a full before-and-after record.
Rule configuration
Build commission schemes in the interface with effective dates. New rules apply going forward without rewriting what was already paid.
Basis snapshot at booking
The values that determine commission are captured when the booking is made, so later edits to a price list do not silently change a payout.
Payout runs
Run a cycle for a month or any period. Review the computed lines, resolve exceptions, then approve the run as a whole.
Agent statements
A per-agent statement listing each qualifying booking, the rule applied, the amount earned and any recovery — suitable for sharing directly.
Channel partner payouts
External agencies handled as first-class parties, with their own rates, statements and payout schedule.
Disputes & adjustments
Query a line, record the agreed adjustment with a reason, and keep the original calculation visible next to the correction.
Recovery on cancellation
Commission already paid on a cancelled booking appears as a recovery in a later cycle rather than disappearing from the records.
Tax-ready output
Payout schedules and statements carry the identifiers and totals your finance team needs to post and to report.
Full audit trail
Every payout line traces back to a booking, a rule version and an approval, with who ran it and when.
3D plot visualisation
A spatial layout of your project that updates with your inventory — for the sales office, the site and the buyer's screen.
Interactive layout
Rotate, pan and zoom around the block. Every plot is clickable with its own detail panel.
Live status colours
Green, amber, red and dark reflect available, held, booked and sold in real time.
Roads and boundaries
Road widths, block boundaries and open spaces shown so orientation is obvious.
Buyer shortlists
Highlight a set of plots for one buyer and share that exact view with them.
No plugin required
Runs in a modern browser on desktop, tablet and phone. Nothing to install at the site office.
Dimension overlays
Plot dimensions, area and price displayed in place when a plot is selected.
Reports that agree with each other
Because every report reads the same records your team works in, there is one version of the numbers.

Scheduled delivery
Email a report to a distribution list on a daily, weekly or monthly schedule.
Everyone sees what their job requires — and nothing else.
Permissions follow your reporting hierarchy, configured during onboarding. A regional head does not see another region's rates and an agent does not see the commission register.
Hierarchy-aware access
Data scope derives from where a user sits in the organisation tree, so you configure a structure once rather than permissions per person.
Role templates
Start from sensible roles — agent, sales manager, finance, project head, administrator — then adjust individual permissions where you need to.
Approval limits
Discounts, cancellations, refunds and payout runs each have an approval threshold tied to seniority.
Audit trail
Every important change records the user, the time, the previous value and the new one. Available for review, not just for emergencies.
Secure sign-in
Individual accounts, strong password policy and session handling, with two-factor authentication available for administrative users.
Reassignment without loss
When someone leaves, their leads, bookings and commission history are reassigned to a colleague with the timeline intact.
Handled carefully, because of what it contains
Identity documents, buyer pricing and contract terms are sensitive. We build and operate accordingly, and we are happy to answer specific questions in writing.
Company-level isolation
Every record belongs to one company, enforced at the database layer — not merely hidden in the interface. Cross-company leakage is a structural impossibility, not a permissions setting.
Encryption in transit and at rest
Traffic is encrypted end to end, and stored data is encrypted on disk. Sensitive identity fields are protected separately.
Deployment choice
Managed cloud hosting operated by us, a private cloud in your account, or on-premise inside your own network where policy requires it.
Backups & recovery
Automated backups with point-in-time recovery, and a documented restoration procedure that we test rather than assume.
Data ownership & export
The data is yours. Export plots, customers, bookings, payments and commission runs at any time in structured formats.
Access transparency
See who signed in, who changed a rate, who approved a discount and who released a payout. Support access is logged, not invisible.
Built to connect, not to isolate
Presly is designed to be the operational core with clean edges, so your existing systems keep working and your data stays consistent.
REST API
Full programmatic access to projects, inventory, leads, customers, bookings, payments and commission — the same operations the interface performs.
Webhooks
Events on lead creation, booking confirmation, payment receipt, status change and payout approval, delivered to your endpoints.
Accounting integration
Post booking values, receipts, dues and commission payouts into your accounting system, or hand your accountant a structured export.
Website lead capture
Forms on your website and landing pages create leads directly, with source and campaign attribution intact from the first click.
Business messaging
Confirmations, reminders and alerts sent over email and business messaging, with delivery recorded against the customer.
Import tools
Bring your existing inventory, customer and booking data across from spreadsheets with assisted mapping during onboarding.
Export everywhere
Every list and report exports to Excel or CSV, and documents generate as PDF from your own templates.
Multi-company
Several legal entities on one platform with separate inventories and financials, plus a consolidated view for group leadership.
Responsive interface
Works on a desktop in the head office and a tablet at the site, including the 3D plot view and lead capture.
