Pricing is quoted, not guessed.
What a real-estate company pays for Presly depends on how much inventory you manage, how many people sell it and which modules you switch on. Rather than publish a number that will be wrong for you, we scope it with you and send a written quotation — usually within the same week.
Inventory size
How many plots or units you manage, and across how many projects.
Number of users
Agents, sales managers, finance and site-office staff who need an account.
Modules enabled
Inventory and bookings alone, or the full stack including commission and 3D views.
Deployment
Managed cloud, private cloud or on-premise inside your own infrastructure.
Pick the shape that matches your business
All three include hosting, updates, backups and support. The difference is how much of the platform you switch on, and how much of your process we configure.

Not sure which one fits? Ask for the demo first — we will recommend the smallest package that does the job, not the largest one you will agree to.

Everything in this table is available in the product. Package boundaries are a commercial convenience — tell us what you need and we will quote the combination that fits rather than insisting on a tier.
From first email to a signed quote in a week.
We do not run a qualification gauntlet. Tell us your shape, get a number, and decide. If we are not the right fit, we will say so.
You send the shape of your business
Projects, approximate plot count, number of users, how commission works today and where your data currently lives.
We ask the few questions that matter
A 30-minute call, or a short email thread if you prefer. We check the details that actually change the number.
You receive a written quotation
Package, modules, user count, implementation scope, timeline and any configuration work itemised separately. Valid for 30 days.
Decision, then onboarding
If you proceed, we schedule the data import and configuration before you pay for a full year of anything.
The parts people ask about before signing
Annual subscription
Presly is licensed annually rather than monthly, because implementation is a real project and month-to-month pricing encourages bad rollouts. Longer commitments are priced accordingly.
Implementation fee
Data import, configuration, commission rule setup and training are quoted as a one-time fee. It is itemised in the proposal so you can see exactly what you are buying.
Users included
Each package includes a user allowance. Extra accounts are added at a per-user rate — no charge for read-only management viewers.
Growth without renegotiation
Add a venture, a block or a sales team mid-term and the subscription is adjusted pro rata. You are not forced to wait for a renewal.
No lock-in
Your data exports at any time in structured formats, and the export functions are included in every package. There is no exit fee and no withheld dataset.
Custom development
If a requirement genuinely needs new development, it is scoped and priced as a separate piece of work with its own acceptance criteria — never bundled vaguely into the subscription.
Because a company managing 60 plots across one project and a group running four townships across three legal entities need very different amounts of software, configuration and implementation work. A published number would either be too high for the first and mislead them, or too low for the second and mislead you. A twelve-minute conversation produces a number that is actually true.
We offer a guided evaluation rather than an empty trial account, because the value of Presly only shows up once your own plots and rates are in it. We will load a sample of your inventory into a sandbox environment so your team can work with something real.
It depends mostly on how tidy your current data is and how unusual your commission scheme is. A single-project rollout with a clean spreadsheet is a small, fixed fee. A multi-entity rollout with legacy systems and bespoke approvals is a project. Both are itemised in the proposal before you commit.
Both factors are part of the quote, alongside modules and deployment, but neither is a punitive meter. You are not billed more because you uploaded a plot you later decided not to sell, and read-only management accounts are not charged as users.
That is the recommended approach. Start with Starter on a single project, prove it with your sales team, then add modules and ventures. The data model does not change when you expand, so nothing has to be migrated or rebuilt.
Yes, for genuinely small brokerages and for organisations with a social housing or community development purpose. Tell us about your situation in the enquiry and we will be straightforward about what we can do.
Tell us your shape. We will send a number.
Send us your project count, approximate plot count and how commission works today. You will get a written quotation, not a sales sequence.
