One system for the whole sales-to-registration cycle.
Presly Estate is the product we build for real-estate developers, builders and brokerages. It holds your inventory, runs your sales floor, controls your bookings and calculates your commission — and every screen below is the software as it ships, not a mockup of something we plan to build.
Spreadsheets do not scale past one project.
The symptoms are almost always the same, whichever company we walk into.
Nobody agrees on what is available
The inventory sheet is edited by four people, printed daily and wrong by lunchtime. A plot gets promised twice, and the second buyer finds out at the site office.
Leads die in someone's phone
Enquiries arrive by call, WhatsApp and walk-in. Follow-ups depend on memory. When a salesperson resigns, their pipeline leaves with them.
Commission is a monthly argument
Finance rebuilds the payout from agreements every month. Agents dispute it. Channel partners receive statements late and negotiations restart.
The plot is the record.
Presly models your land exactly the way your business does: projects contain ventures, ventures contain phases, phases contain blocks, and blocks contain plots. Each plot carries its own dimensions, facing, price and status history.
- Rate per square metre, computed from dimensions and total price
- Corner, road-facing, park-facing and custom premium rules
- Bulk price revision for a block, phase or venture — with history kept
- Status: available, on hold, booked, sold, cancelled or blocked
- Availability rolls up to block and venture level automatically

Two salespeople, one plot, no disaster.
This is the part of real-estate software that is easy to get subtly wrong. Presly treats a booking as a database transaction, not a form submission, so a plot can only ever be sold once — even if two people click at the same moment.
- Holds with a configurable expiry, released automatically when they lapse
- Bookings with joint applicants, co-owners and nominee details
- Payment schedules generated from your construction-linked or time-linked plan
- Cancellations that return the plot to inventory and route refunds for approval
- Double-click protection so a slow connection cannot create two bookings

Leads come in from your website, ads, exhibitions, walk-ins and channel partners. Presly assigns them, tracks them through the stages your business actually uses, and attaches every activity to the person and the plot.
- Configurable pipeline stages, per company, not per our opinion
- Round-robin or manual assignment across teams
- Duplicate detection on phone number, with a merge tool
- Site visits recorded against the plots actually shown
- Source and campaign attribution that survives to the booking

Activity — today
A payout run you can defend line by line.
Configure your commission scheme once — percentages, slabs, flat fees, incentives, and how in-house agents differ from channel partners. Then run it per month and get statements, not a debate.
- Rules applied per booking, with the qualifying basis captured at booking time
- Slab and tier bonuses, launch-period incentives, referral bonuses
- Agent share and agency share computed in the same run
- Recomputation when a booking value, cancellation or transfer changes
- Export a payout schedule your accountant can post directly

Sell the location, not the plot number.
The 3D view renders your survey layout as a spatial model: roads, block boundaries, orientation and the plot under discussion. It runs in the browser, on any modern device, with no plugin and no separate application.
- Colour-coded by live inventory status — it changes as you sell
- Click a plot for dimensions, facing, premiums and all-in price
- Highlight a shortlist of plots for a specific buyer
- Same view on the sales-office monitor and a tablet at the site
- Ready for drone imagery or a site photograph as a backdrop
The Monday morning numbers, already correct.
Reports are built from the same records your team works in, so a director's dashboard and an agent's pipeline never disagree. Each role gets the view that matches their job.
- Booking velocity and value by venture, phase and block
- Conversion by lead source, campaign and channel partner
- Inventory ageing — what has been unsold for 90, 180, 365 days
- Collections due, overdue and received, by project
- Agent productivity: calls, visits, bookings, commission earned
- Export to Excel, CSV or PDF, and schedule by email

Your corporate structure, mirrored in the software.
Presly does not flatten your business into a list of units. The hierarchy below is what you configure during onboarding, and it is what every report, permission and approval follows.
Inventory hierarchy
Commercial hierarchy
Permissions, approval limits and data visibility all follow these two trees, which is why a regional head never sees another region's price list.
Five people, five different screens.
A single dashboard for everyone is how software gets abandoned. Presly gives each role the view their job actually needs.
Managing director
Value booked against target, inventory ageing, cash expected this quarter, and which ventures are behind.
Sales head
Team pipeline, hold expiries, agent productivity, discount requests waiting for approval, lost-deal reasons.
Sales agent
My leads, today's follow-ups, my site visits, plots I can offer right now, and my commission to date.
Finance
Payments due and received, overdue instalments, refunds awaiting approval, and the monthly commission run.
Site office
Plot availability for the block in front of them, hold a plot for a walk-in, capture a lead on a tablet.
Legal / documentation
Booking paperwork status, agreement drafts, registration milestones and the documents each booking still needs.
How a Presly rollout actually goes.
No six-month programme. We work in short stages, and you see the software with your own data from week one.
Scoping call
Forty-five minutes. We map your hierarchy, plot count, sales teams and commission scheme, and tell you what fits out of the box.
Written proposal
A fixed quote with modules, users, timeline and any configuration work called out separately. No open-ended day rate.
Data import
We take your inventory and customer files as they are and load projects, blocks, plots, rates and open bookings.
Configuration
Stages, roles, approval limits, commission rules and document templates set to your process.
Team training
Role-based sessions — an hour for agents, half a day for sales heads and finance. Recorded for anyone who joins later.
Go live & support
We stay close through your first booking cycle and first payout run, then move to scheduled support.
It has to fit the tools you already pay for.
Presly is designed to sit in the middle of your operation and keep everyone's numbers identical, rather than becoming yet another place where the truth might live.
Full integration listAccounting & ERP
Post booking values, receipts and commission payouts into your accounting system, or export a journal your accountant imports.
Website & ad forms
Enquiries from your site, landing pages and ad campaigns land in the CRM with source and campaign already attached.
Messaging
Booking confirmations, payment reminders, hold-expiry alerts and site-visit confirmations over email and business messaging.
API & webhooks
Everything the interface can do, the API can do. Webhooks fire on booking, payment and status changes for your own tooling.
Details people ask about in the demo.
Yes. Pipeline stages, their order, their colours and whether a stage counts as won are all configurable per company. Nothing about our default lifecycle is fixed into the software.
Only for as long as the hold is valid. Holds have an expiry — 24 hours by default and configurable — and an expired hold releases the plot back to available without anyone having to remember to do it. Sales heads can also release a hold manually or extend it.
The cancellation is recorded against the booking, the plot returns to inventory or moves to a blocked state if a refund is pending, and the commission run recalculates — showing the recovery as a negative line in the next cycle rather than silently editing history.
It is built from the plot dimensions, positions, block layout and road widths you configure. If you have a CAD or survey drawing, we can use it as the reference while setting the layout up during onboarding, so the 3D view matches the ground.
Yes. Each legal entity is a separate company with its own inventory, teams and financials. Group-level users can be granted a consolidated view across entities without gaining edit rights in each one.
Presly Estate is built for sale of plots and units — that is where its inventory, booking and commission logic is deepest. Lease and rental management is on our roadmap; if that is your primary need today, tell us during scoping and we will be straightforward about whether we are the right fit yet.
